ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account or using our Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
USE OF THE APPS
Permitted Use
Our Apps are designed to help you learn about football. You may use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
- Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free features
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
IN-APP PURCHASES
Our Apps offer optional premium content through in-app purchases:
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
- Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
- You can restore purchases on any device using the same Apple ID
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly as they handle all payment processing.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in our Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials, is owned by JO Playbook and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
USER CONTENT
Our Apps primarily provide educational content and do not include user-generated content features. Your learning progress and quiz scores are stored to enhance your experience but remain private to your account.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:
- The Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
- All information is completely accurate or up-to-date
- The Apps will meet your specific requirements
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JO Playbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from within the App settings.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Apps will immediately cease
- Your account data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy
- Purchases made remain subject to Apple's policies
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
